Thread: life after ws4sb, what now?

I have been commited and running ws4sb3 since may 1st. I loved the routine because it was a routine that was different then anything I ever tried at the time. However I am stalling out and in honesty getting burned out from it. I rotated lifts every 3 weeks and such. I know its time to change to something else and then maybe in 6 months give it a go again. wow dude you should feel really good about yourself not only did you increase your lifts by alot you alos lowered body fat by 9% good job man!

ya it was truely the hardest thing i ever did in my life. But IA timed carb diet did the work. Just made sure i lifted hard, did my cardio and followed the diet to a T. Amazing what happens when people stop being an ocd lifter/dieter. Stick with one thing and let it do its work.

Well after some more research I have decided I will go with IA's SPBR. I am just not sure where to fit in my plyometrics, maybe on a sat or use it as a warmup for squats?
