response 2 - opended a steam support ticket , told them my story and they answeedr, that it is a bug, cause german user at the moment of clicking "revieve" gift , they are "purchasing" it with an german IP, so they are working on it to fix it. They made all 3 gifts (mine, and the 2 friends of mine) to an uncensored version and its now fully working! didnt expect this would really work.... but it does......

Darn missed out on this yet again
