Thread: is nitrix safe for a 16 year old

I didn't get any side effects from the stuff and I don't see why it'd be unsafe for teens, but as a teen I wouldn't take anything but creatine and portein and glutamine if I were you.

i've never heard of it being unsafe for teens, while taking no2 i experienced increased body odor and increased appetite, and while on nitrix i experienced nausea due to the high recommended dosage ( but that can be adjusted.

I am thinking of taking nitrix or pinnacle's NoX2 but im not sure if its completely safe for me. And also are there any side effects?
