Thread: install or uninstall in microsoft.public.windowsupdate

When i try to download something it always gives me an error when it wants to install. i tried updating my zune program and it gave me error code 0x80070643. when i tried to install windows service pack 2 it gave me error code 8024000b. what is wrong?
