I had a badly decayed partially impacted lower wisdom tooth extracted on 11/10. I had been taking amoxicillin prior to the extraction and continue to do so. The oral surgeon told me that some of the root was very close to/enmeshed with bone, and he advised that he would remove the decayed tooth, but removing everything would be problematic without much more extensive surgery, which he did not ...
