Got a couple of "private" responses, mostly wanting me to forward any suggestions because they don't want their name on the board here.

Yup, it crashes and means a rebuild and re-add artwork time of IN EXCESS OF TEN HOURS PER CRASH
Doesn't Apple care any more?
I am getting sick and tired of losing data, filling out the little "report" box and sending it in, then feeling like it's of no concern to them that they are creating more bugs than they solve. I'm hearing from other people who say they don't even try ...
