Sorry to rub it in but us folks in the UK have had MMS from the get go, lol. It's pretty neat too but to us brits I guess it's nothing exciting. Sometimes I wonder how much better the iPhone could be if they did research from the UK and European markets since we're the biggest mobile/cell phone market.
so apparently word on the street is to avoid updating at this point since you may lose the ability to jailbreak permanently (or until they figure out how to downgrade the baseband OS to 3.0 again)... bummer

Ar, she be dead for I in 7. Loaded up the previous version, was asked to update -- did the update, seemed to go well. Tried launching iTunes after a reboot and nothing. Sits in the Task Manage taking up a variable amount of RAM and nothing comes of it. I left it for a good while I couple of times and did manage to get the iTunes Window to show up, but it was dead from the get go (totally non-responsive). Takes a good chunk of time to force...
