Without knowing the car you are referring to I can't be 100% sure BUT....
My 1978 Sud Sprint has a PCD of 4 x 98, I purchased 15mm spacers from ebay, they can be found By clicking this ...
The ones in the link look similar to OMP ones which I have used in the past. 98 refers to the bolt hole spacing, not the hub diameter. Someone will be along soon who will know the measurement, but all cars of the 'Sud family are the same.
Cheers,

I measured my spare Alfasud hub, and I get numbers similar to Graffiaturo, but there is a radius at the base of the raised centre - a hubcentric spacer will carry the load on this raised area, and will be internally radiused to clear the hub flange casting. I measured the parallel part of the casting at 57mm, but it wasn't especially accurate, just a steel rule.
My wheels have ...
thanks people! I just want my wheels to fill the arches a bit more and look a bit fatter and wider! I have 145 wheels on at the min with 5mm spacers (floating) will look in to getting the ones from the link! might have to get them lathed to fit! Thanks again for advice! nothings ever simple is it!

We can do technical! KPI = King Pin Inclination? Not quite sure how that is changed with wheel spacers though....but the point that it reaches the road/contact patch will be different as the contact patch has been moved out by the spacer........

You're right Philip - the KPI remains the same, but the scrub radius is increased when you add spacers. This increases the steering kick-back when one wheel hits a bump. The accepted rule of thumb is that the scrub radius is OK if the dimension stays within the tyre contact patch. Mine doesn't Graff is right about the Ackermann too, but I would say the affect on that is outweighed by the change in scrub... Lauren
