Thread: how do you make your water break

Im 33 week's pregnant i got 7 week's left what do i do to speed things up lol and this is my first one im scared

i'm due on july 4,2009 and my water has not broke doctor say that he can wait all the way to the 45th week will not have baby intill my water breaks on it own please help

i am 37 weeks and i am at 3 cent. and 100% effaced.. what can i do to speed things up even a little... it hurts to have sex and we have tried 3 times and i bleed every time. is there a position i can do or something else..

Im sorry honey but it sounds like your doctor is an idiot. If your doctor refuses to listen to you, I would get the opinion of another doctor. There are doctors who prefer to schedule your c-section if you have had previous ones. this is what is going to happen when they try and change the healthcare system. I am thirty weeks and cant stand it I don't want to do anything and i have so much back pain it's unbeliveable i can't work because it's to much actual work and lifting i want her out already it's not even funny what do i do I have ten weeks left and it feels like forever!!!!

im right at 37 wks!!! Yah! when i was 32 wks i was in the hospital twice and i was 60% effaced and 1cm dialated can you tell me how much longer i might have im so ready for my little man to come out. and the doctors havent said anything else about it or checked to see if i was dialated any more and im really anxious what can i do to speed it up! ive tried the sex thing me and my bf do it at least 3 times or more a wk do i need to do it more...

i'm 36 weeks and 5 days, i went into preterm labor at 32 weeks and then again at 33 weeks, they gave me steroid shots and medicine to stop my contractions until the steroids took their toll and matured his lungs, well ever since i've stopped the medicine i have been have on and off contractions but the past 5 days they have been horrible, and i have been having sharp pains going to my vagina while having them, today i had them 2-3...

yeah you can still have sex...its only after your water breaks that you can not have sex...so if you are having sex lol and your water breaks just make sure poor hubby does not finish...lol atleast not inside you!! best of luck to you!
