Wouldn't have thought it would be as busy in September as it is in July and August because children will have gone back to school.
We were there for the first two weeks of August and the hotel was full. Couldn't swear to it but there seemed to be more children around during the second week.
It doesn't matter really because there is still plenty of room for everyone...

how busy will la blanche be around the end of september will it be like july and august are will things have slowed down a bit by the time my girlfriend and i go on the 21st september 2009.

We are going same time as you, flying out at 7 in the morning, so if the airport is as efficient as it usually is, we should be in the hotel for about 3.30, depending on traffic, blah blah blah.....
We always go back to Turkey end September, always that bit quieter, and a little easier sleeping too, no where near as humid...which is a bonus.

Hey there,
Tickets arrived today for La Blanche, now it REALLY feels like hols are on the way. We'll be there on the sat 19th, Keep a few seats around the bar for you late comers on the 21st.
I've read that much about La Blanche, and Turgutreis I feel like ive already been there.

Came back from La Blanche last Monday and can't keep away from the forum now - it keeps the holiday going for a little bit longer.
When my husband moans about how long I spend on it I have to remind him that if it wasn't for T.A. we would never have found La Blanche. Would hate to have to go back to the old days when we just took the travel agents ...

Yep, honestly, I have met up with 3 couples from Trip Advisor in May this year at the Rixos......had a laugh or 3, and have kept in touch with one couple in particular and have become good friends, and we are hoping to see each other next year for a day...

Aaaaah would love to Shirley. At La Blanche we got talking to a lovely lady from Holland who was widowed and on holiday on her own. She said she is going back on 29th September. will you still be there then? Her name is Dolly and if you are still there I know she would appreciate a friendly hello.

Oh pooh, no we will be home on 28th, so will miss her, but I know the ones who are there will drop her a friendly word.
I have met some amazing people over the years at the hotels we have stayed in, I think one of the funniest times was when we were staying in Side a couple years ago:-
Only 20 to 22 brit couples, the rest were a mixed bunch from France, Belgium ,...
