hey guys just wondering what would be the best workout to gain size and strength im a beginner in muay thai and dont know much please help its greatly appreciated. thanks guys

legs and core strength really help with your striking, but technique and practice are still the best overall, good luck in your training.

Ugh, flak got here before me. Punching power = get stronger, while improving/refining your technique.

Be careful with how much weight you gain. Your conditioning will take a big hit if you put on too much too fast.
