Thread: help flash phoenix bios for CF-18

yes i do ds o i can enable the gps its the only reason i can figure thats its not working if i cant ge help ill just put the gps module in my other cf 18 but since it was in this one i figured i try to fix what she did and also it says the bios version is 1.3 ir something like that im sure phonieox awards has come out with newer one so i understand why you can help nme to get rid of pass word becuse of guys ghosting laptops but i just wanted...

You can read in some of the stickies posted at the top of the forum where to download drivers. You would need to find the BIOS flash for your particular model. Hopefully it was due for an upgrade. The instructions are located with the BIOS upgrade usually.

I have a panasonic usb floppy that I use on older models to flash the bios As Toughbook says we cannot help you here on clearing a password Do you realy need in the bios settings? Alex

Phoenix doesn't write the BIOS for Toughbooks; Panasonic does. Just because Phoenix lists a newer BIOS for a chipset means nothing; what matters is what the latest PANASONIC BIOS for YOUR model is.
