I am curious about the warranty time period on the Powerstroke. I looked at one again today because the posts mention a 100,000 mile engine warranty but on the ones that I have looked at here locally the engine warranty is only 75,000. Anything beyond that coverage is part of the Ford ESP. 3 years/36,000 bumper to bumper and 5 years/75,000 diesel engine warranty. Am I missing something?...
thanks for all the info.... as far a gearing the 95-97 f350 c/c were mostly 410s. do you have and option with the with gearing with the 6.4 trucks? tires it seems that oem size provides the best mileage...unless going taller and changing your gear ratio. i prefer oem for pulling. according to the replys it sounds like the 6.4 fuel mileage is less than the 7.3, but one has to pay for the extra ...

Hey guys, im looking at an 08 powerstroke that was in an accident, and
needs some front body panels and radiators replaced, i dont know too much
about these trucks as far as pricing those parts out. Anyone know the
prices off hand or an estimate on how much it would cost me to buy the
radiators, and intercooler ect? thanks
Got the truck back last night, they went through the entire fuel system and check everything. on the drivers side exhaust manifold that connects to the pipe up to the turbo in between there is a gasket, he said it didn't look quite right , soe he replaced it and said drive it and after you have been in regen for a little try and stop and parket it for a while and see if any fuel drips form there. He said there may have been a little...

They simply charge too much. timid- I do agree with you 100%. The cost for dealer service is very high. The reason...
