Hey so I've been working on my biceps mainly since the end of august and my question is: It seems like I'm doing everything correctly, I assumed that my biceps would grow "up" though while they're actually starting to bulge sideways toward my pectorals. I am gaining mass though so I'm still happy, not spinning my wheels in place.
I'm just curious though, will it pick up and grow all around ...

Well I have the opposite problem. I want to know how to get a wider arm. I've tried switching up grips when doing bi/tri exercises. Is it all genetics, or is there something I can adjust when doing my exercises?
