Thread: fresh cream vs. heavy whipping cream?

huge difference? making buttered chicken. asks for fresh cream, all i have is heavy whipping. know there are different kinds, just wondering if it'll effect the taste ?

No.. difference. But recipe is it? What number?

often I substitue another cream and add butter. You could add milk to heavy cream to make it lighter.

Yes I agree..use whipping cream and add a couple tablespoons of butter
