im confused if you cant find a 300 you want to put in a 351m?
that is a real hard motor to find that dont rattle in the lower end
if my memory serves me right the blocks are the same between the efi and carb just need to change the head

I'm looking for a 300 inline six I have a 75 f-250 that I will be putting it in.

i have a 93 f-150 with a 300 6 cycl, a few missing parts but it did run when parked.
i think the newer blocks would have a 1 piece rear main

got two of them 1 out of a 78 and 1 from a 89 with everything but alternator,has fuel pump even and brain box
