Robert, Just like you, Zedd and myself tried to tell York, anything from OTSOL and earlier is for hardcore fans only, not a good place for newbies to get their feet wet. Sure, there's some great stuff, but also a lot of experimentation, much of which is easier to appreciate after you've heard the later material. I guess that might be different if I'd gotten into PT back in the day, not less than two years ago

Steve, you downloaded Recordings from the PT website? I am curious as to where and what website that was. Do you have a link? I don't see why anyone would not like Lazarus with its beautiful melody ~ but perhaps it is TOO goody good for some. Perhaps Shallow ~ though rocking ~ is too SIMPLE for some. It is my least favorite on the album. Halo I find much better ~ sounds like good Jane's Addiction ~ perhaps too HEAVY for some. But the Deadwing song itself ~ now that I don't get? Hello everyone, For those who have the DVD Arriving Somewhere i would like a question answered. That is , during the concert when Steve is having a quick chat to the crowd, someone yells out to play 'Freebird".
