There is a big discussion on trip advisor in the Miami forum They seem to be operating under other names as well. If you made your payment to the TA & NOT to the cruise line for a promised discount or OBC you may be out of luck.

If anyone has a cruise booked through this online company ecruisestore.com you should call the cruise line direct and check on the status of your cruise. ecruisestore.com has closed their doors.
