Hi Fozzy- Everything is configured correctly in Entourage- that is why I am frustrated, as it still won't work.   Any other suggestions would be awesome!   Thanks!  

Hi Fozzy, thanks for that information. I did try something like that before your reply but I don't think I did it exactly the way you described and it gave me an error that it was synced with an outside device or something like that. Eventually I did a master reset which got rid of the duplicates and then I resynced with the destop software to get my addresses, calendars and music back. So far so good. Hey All   What I did was re-install the latest Storm file system. After I did that the Desktop seems to be working fine. Yes I did save al my files before I did the complete re-install :-)   Rick

All - I too ended up having the SW upgraded when connecting and it worked.  Fixed the address synch error.  Problem is the device rest itself and I lost the data.  I did a backup before hand and when I tried to bring back my wife's tasks that wasn't an option with any records.  Does anyone know where I can find the back up data file on the Mac? Which folder?

My favourite bit about your post is that no one from the Blackberry team or elsewhere has bothered to reply.  (I'm in the same boat as you and would really like a reliable answer.)

Stemmers - I am finding that since I upgraded to OS 10.6 and RIM's Desktop Manager v 1.0 for Mac, my address book will no longer sync. I can put it in the BB and sync - nothing.
