Thread: door handle is sticking rear driver door

Thanks, ill be digging into it soon.. found a set of black handles. so i guess ill be doing them all.

I just read a thread about this and how its always the rear driver door. Goto the junkyard or post on here for some good used door handles. Take the door panel off and remove your old handle and PB/WD40 everything inside the door real good including the new replacement handle. I added some Sil-glyde parts lubricant on the new handle and anything I could reach to prevent future problems.

The quick fix I found is seriously put the straw of WD-40 or whatever lube you so choose right into the slot of the pull handle on the inside and spray. This will hold you off until you get a chance to really fix it.

I use white lithium grease, it works really well and stick on and lasts longer than wd40. It's also what volvo recommends
