Thread: doing cardio after weight lifting quick question

I need get rid off my body fat so atleast 15 my goal right now i am at 26 percent bmi wondering would it better to do cardio right after weight lifting?will i lose muscle? cause i am little fat right now need get rid of this quickly.

Lift hard, eat clean, get rest, do it right. You'll lose minimal muscle and burn the fat off your body. I've actually put on muscle while losing weight in the last month I've been at the gym. But I've also only been back at it for two months again after taking several months off.
