Thread: corrupt rar files

i downloaded a 7-part movie, but part 3 is corrupt. i downloaded it many times, but still the file is corrupt is there an app that can repair corrupt rar volumes? thanks

you can if there is a recovery record made when the rar file was created. in this case theere is no such thing

its weird i have problems like that sometimes if winrar doesnt work i use 7-zip if zip-7 doesnt work i use winrar try it

I had the same problem and it was my memory that was causing these "corrupted" file.

well ive just tested my memory and for some reason i get a error and i have never o/ced them ??

I'm guessing that you downloaded a DiVX|XViD movie, that is probably NUKED. Find a different release
