just curious about what you folks use to protect your audio and book collections.

Brodart covers for non-book club hardcovers. Nothing else, though.

for books, i brodart everything with a dust jacket and store everything in comic bags on the shelf. mass market paperbacks and older books showing any yellowing get treated with a deacidification spray. digipacks go in mylar sleeves with self adhesive strips, as do records which also get mobile fidelity inner sleeves.

I've sold all (or close enough to it) my collectible books and music. Except for the complete (original) Sun discography. That is safely stored and waiting for me to kick the bucket so the wife and kid can use the money to plant me or whatever else they want to do with 'em.
