i had the same problem with a peugoet .i did the same replaced glow plugs ,and it turned out to be that the starter motor was not spinning fast enough.you can try and jump start it with another battery in the morning and see if it starts better.also have your battery tested.

I had a similar problem once with a Fiat - the AA bloke who came out to the car had me turning it over, and each time it failed, he gave the starter motor a big thwack with a hammer. Turns out the problem was due to clutch dust in the starter motor, big clouds of the stuff were billowing out of it - terrific fun that was. A few months later the gearbox gave up. Cars, eh...
