So I am 50% effaced and dilated to a 1.5 is it worth me trying these yet? Or will they not work unless you are 100% effaced and dilated more? I go to the dr tomorrow but I am bored and thought maybe I would make the cookies tonight and drink some cinnamon tea....... I have been sick all day and having bad back pain....way more bowel movements than normal, leaking from everywhere, I just want...

There's really no way to tell. If you want to try, go ahead. Some women go from 1-10 within hours, some take days or weeks. If this is your first baby then you can sit at 1, 2, even 3 and 4 for weeks. I don't have any experience with these cookies you're talking about, or using cinnamon tea, but this baby was my third and I sat at 4cm 100% effaced for close to 3 weeks before my water broke, ...
