I just found out that my cholesterol is high and I have a few questions. Can I just take a Omega-3 fish oil vitamin(?)- I hate fish. I do drink water(actually it's the flavored kind), but I treat myself to a diet, caffeine free coke at night. I rarely eat sweets, so this is my treat. Can I still drink it or will this be something that I will have to cut out too? Can I eat peanut butter in place of eating a handful of nuts? Thanks for any...
