Thread: chances of british air cancelling flight

Hi All, We are an aussie family planning to spend 4 nights at Lyon at the end of our vacation. There are only 3 British air flights a day from Lyon to London. One flight leaves very early in the morning, one is too late for our connecting flight so we are left with the option of arriving in Heathrow at 12.40pm which would be OK. Our flight with BA to Singapore leaves Heathrow at 7.45pm and I am wondering how often flights get cancelled out of...

BA are pretty good - even if the flight is 99% empty they will still run it - not like some airlines that could be mentioned. You cant legislate for bad luck, but if for some reason your flight doesn't leave Lyon on time they will just rearrange the rest of your trip.
