Before my Charger time...but thanks...I remember hearing about him and his serious health battles...and his will to play...amazing. Good health is such a blessing...

I became a fan in the days of Rolf's illness. I have since developed UC as well, and have faced some of the same difficulties. I can't imagine getting out of a hospital bed to play a game of football... simply amazing. /was then, and even more so now a personal hero of mine!

i don't read many books.......but his book, 'alive and kicking', is an absolute must read. i have actually loaned it out a couple of times, to some people who were in 'ill health'.
