block of wood and a big hammer. put the wood against the inside of the wheel and hit it hard just watch the wheel dosen't come off too quick and hit the ground clean up the hub and copper grease it before refitting.

get a rubber mallet...hit it hard...its because of dissimilar metals(alum and steel)

It's the lip of the hub/wheel that rusts, you need to have a rocking motion, say 12 o'clock, then 6 o'clock, back and forth, then 9 and 3, etc. Don't just bang away even with a rubber mallet, rock the wheel back and forth and it will come unstuck. I hope mine come off when I put the snows on, as I bought the anti-seize after I put them back on...good luck!

double check that all the lugs are out

I have heard some people say to loosen the lugs a little and then drive the car just a bit (couple of feet) and brake hard. Apparently that does it. Not sure how safe that is...

Not sure how safe that is... I would not do it. I am sure it would work but these cars are not designed to have that much pressure on the lug bolts so it may stress them too much. The safety issue could be unseen damage to the lug bolts making them weaker.
