Thread: can of worms???

is it foolish to attempt a timeing belt change. i know there was an article in landrover owner int. in october about changing the belt in a disco 300tdi but i missed it! anyone done this or know where i can pick up the article or should i run away and give it to a mechanic and pay him money i dont have at the mo...

did mine a couple of weeks ago pretty easy. because i was doing a couple of other jobs aswell i removed the rad and intercooler aswell makes it a bit easier. don't just buy a timing belt get a new adjuster. idler. and serpantine belt saves you from doing it all again later. graham ___________________ 1962 2a swb 200 tdi. 1997 disco 1 300 tdi.
