my only advice about flushing is this... use night creams, a moisturizer of some sort, aveeno products work well... this is the only thing that has worked for me... 25 years old, male... been battling the random face flush for years.... night time is a chance to put something on, something mild and non-aggravating, and let your skin rebuild... it needs to rebuild!
