I hope the steroid shot helps your hip.  I have a bad back too.  I ihaven't had anything for it yet. It causes back pain and now and then I strain my knees from that side to side walking.  I'm sure it's ruining all my joints.  First the righit knee feels sore and aching and then the left.,   Cynthia I think that I have lymphedema in my thighs also. I am concerned about Gail and Earl.  Hope we hear from her soon.  My sister has lymphedema in her hand.  They said with therpy it should go away.......  she had shoulder surgery in September and just got out of her "sliing".  I have to excersize more and it is hard ot get going.
