Started 1 month, 3 weeks ago by sashmo
Hi, I would like to add a dictionary to the Services menu. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks for your help.

Check out "Automator", I read on the web where some have created their own services using automator scripts.

I was hoping for a technique that might be easier.

Can you be a bit more explicit? I am not sure what you are asking for. If a word is selected, the a look up item appears in the Services menu. I found a great site set up by Apple to help add other choices to the Services menu. It is: MacOSX Automation: Services As suggested by James B., it uses Automator.

Yes, I see it isn't an Apple site. The information is none-the-less, quite useful.
