The only reason I'm wanting to put velcro on some of diapers is b/c MIL has arthritis and can't really do snaps, and is snappi impaired lol. I've never tried pinning, but I don't think DH likes them.
Wow, everyone has been so busy! I was so busy this weekend and haven't been able to get anything done between the family visits, dinners and shopping. But I will have to brag and say that I saved over $500 on shopping at Joann's this weekend. And I got a few more things I needed to make x-mas presents. The only thing I did work on was my DDs hat and just about when I was finished with it I realized that it was way too big and had to...
Re: a november craft-along thread! Amanda--love the serging on that bib and love those blocks mommyplunder--I know what you mean about having a cranky baby, for some reason my little one has been up and down for the last few nights and he gets up at 5am when DH finally gets up (even though his alarm has been going off for an hour). __________________ Des, homeschooling, mama to K , B , T , S G

Re: a november craft-along thread! Little Bugs Boutique- I LOOOOVE the serged bib and the modge podge. Seriously. I used to thing T&T looked more 'clean' but for most things, I am loving a serged edge even more. And, I would honestly love to know how you made the modge podge nativity set. Maybe this is one more thing I should add to my Christmas to-do list... and where will I find the time?!?!?! Who knows! And, I child is...
Yet another project not on my original list completed. A dress for my neice using the Heidi and Finn Perfect party dress pattern, the sleeves sucked, that's my only complaint with the pattern/tutorial, it didn't really explain the sleeves very well. The dress should really be lined but I didn't think about that until after the fact.
Re: a november craft-along thread! cute bib and naitivity block set! got another thing done for BF stocking and added short rows to DD's camo longies...1 step at a time. __________________
Wow, I've missed a lot of things...I was just popping in to say I finished my "tester" blanket with satin blanket binding! Finally! I finally figured out a trick to make it easier to sew on - washable glue stick! Now i have to wash it and see how everything holds up...I'd post pics but I have to find my camera... ...maybe it's in the diaper bag that's off with DH and DD... I definitely figured some things...
