My 18 yr old ds was so upset when he saw the ad for these. He said alot of Christmas's would be ruined because kids would be so excited to see a wii or guitar hero under the tree and it would be these fakes picked up by parents and grandparents who didn't know any different. The Easter Bunny once brought fake transformers to him, so he knows from experience.lol...

The CVS ad was actually passed around at Thanksgiving, the joke was that system for under $20.

I haven't tried it but I did buy this from JC penny. The my sports gaming system for my 3 yo step son. He wanted a WII and we just can't afford one right now. How did you get a $10 rebate on the game? Was it in the box?

I signed up for the trial of the JC penny rewards and it gave you a form to fill out for a $10 rebate.

What about the one that they have at Rite Aid? Is it any good? I did buy the one from CVS b/c I can't afford the WII either, but may have to take it back.

We have a Wii but my father-in-law bought this for my kids. I will say while it is not as cool as the Wii my younger kids have had fun playing it. I think it depends on the kid. My boys were just under 3 and 4 when we got it and they liked it because I put it in their room and they could play it when they wanted. HTH
