Hey everyone! Is their a ZNM guide anywhere? I haven't been able to find one. I'm just not sure how it works - I bought my soulplates and soul trapper but am not sure how to use it on the mob and how I should be fighting the mob. Also is this soloable? I have a 75 rdm. Thanks alot.
Not completely sure what you want in a guide, but wikipedia has a nice flow chart. Odds are if you've got enough gear & skill you can probably solo at least one T1 and T2 in each path. Some T3s are soloable if you're good enough (and have enough time/stable enough internet connection), but I don't think T4s are soloable (although you probably could do any of them w/ 6 very good people), ...

I'm more so unsure about how to actually acquire Zeni. Once I equip my soultrapper and plate...do I sleep the mob, then use it? What happens after I use it?
It's pretty simple. You go talk to Ryo in Whitegate, and ask her Sanraku's subject of interest. She will give you a family of monster, you go to the wiki, find the highest level of that family you can solo. You then head out to where you can find them, find the highest level one you can find, take away as much of it's HP as you can, then keep it slept while you take pics. To take pics, you ...
You can take as many pics as you want, but can only trade in 10 per vanadiel day. To get the most zeni possible: 1. Mob is claimed by you. 2. You are facing the front of the mob. 3. You are close to it. 4. The higher the level the mob the more zeni. 5. I believe hate level can increase it as well. 6. Need to get it below 10% before you take pictures. The clsoer to death it is the ...
I duo zeni with a friend who always goes PLD or NIN. We always get the mob under 5% (usually 1%, but this is only possible with windower of course) and sleep it. You want to be directly in front of the mob (I always stand on top of my friend). We always get the exact same amount of zeni (with the occasional 1-point fluctuation), so I'd say its safe to assume enmity and who claims it doesn't ...
Quote: The HQ camera is worth the price. The time you will save using it vs the NQ adds up, and it also allows you to bring 24-48 soul plates in one trip. I use NQ plates, and as far as I know the only difference with HQ plates is a lower fail rate, but I have limited experience with these. This being said, it's extremely worthwhile to carry a NQ camera as well. I normally do 24 pics on ...
