I appreciate John Lithgow and thinks he is deserving of his wins. However, I preferred Kudrow's one two punch tapes that year over Johnston's.

i'm still a bit peeved that Faith Ford never won an Emmy for her work on "Murphy Brown". Although i don't have anything against the wins of Reah Pearlman, Bebe Nuewrith , Estelle Getty or Laurie Metcalf i would have loved to see Ford win at least once. Her Corky Sherwood was a great character.

I enjoyed most of the series during its initial airing. It's just not holding up quite as well on DVD.
