I don't have a favorite, but there's some that I only watch the movie so I can hear the song. Like Pet Cemetary, I always watch the very end of the movie so I can hear The Ramones.

Paint it Black at the end of Full Metal Jacket is pretty good.

I dunno if it's my favourite but I think the best use of a song from a band I love a lot would be the end of Mysterious Skin with Sigur Ros' Untitled 3 creeping in. So beautiful. "This is the internet. We don't have sex."
