Should be fine, you only need to be off the antihistimines for 3 days prior to the testing so Sun-Wed is more then enough time for the meds to get out of the system. We've even done testing after only 2 days off the meds and still got possitive results.

Is he allergic to eggs because white wine can sometimes have egg in it.

From what I understand, honey can also be cross-contaminated. ?I have also heard of people reacting to the pollen *in* the honey. I'm glad he is okay.

I'd be leaning more towards egg in the wine or pollen in honey.

I agree with the PP, unless he is allergic to a related citrus.
