I think you have to read the instructions before it'll work. The instructions will be in your notes.

It is automatic, so far as I've seen it adds +1hp to 5 hp foods, does nothing to radiation.

It?automatic, there's nothing to do with it so long you keep it inside your inventory. Once you sell it you're in trouble.? In the book, it covers almost everything except the food lol

Ive now got the food sanitizer - but I cant equip or use it... if I try using food then it still gives me radiation - so how do I clean it? MY LIFE - MONTH BY MONTH

ehh radiation from food isnt that big of a deal. and if you get minor rad sickness there isnt any real noticable changes anyway. Games with 1000 in COD4: 1000/1000 Oblivion: 1000/1210 (still need expansion)
