Ok so I was browsing through some people's videos of their houses on youtube, and I saw some pretty awesome stuff (giant teddy bears,unique weapons,armors,all arranged neatly). I saw how neat everything was and how everything was in a straight line and not scattered all over the floor. So I tried to take all of my nuka-cola and put them on a shelf in my Megaton house,but i just couldn't do it,...

When you've got your crosshairs on an object (close enough for the name to pop up) click in the right analog stick and it will be "locked" to your crosshairs. You can then move the camera around to position it. Click again to let go. If you move too fast it can slip out. Also, you'll pick up the object from what ever point is in your crosshairs and once its off the ground its weight will shift ...

Just checked, and actually it is mentioned in the game booklet. Your not the first I've heard of missing it though.

Thanks for the info. :D I was hoping I could just put my items into a shelf or something but apparently...I'm going to have to drag the one by one...*sigh* You did this to me!! >:O
