Thread: Wolfenstein failed download

No response from Steam for a while about this, so I'm asking here. I'm trying to remember this the best I can. Paid for Wolfenstein. Install failed because their anti-cheat function wouldn't take (no response if I remember correctly). Tried playing anyway, but it said that something was missing. Tried to uninstall and start over. Game still shows up in My Games and I ...

Even when you completely delete a game it still shows up in the my games tab. Right click it and go to delete local content, then re-download it.

I tried that, but it's still there. And even if it wasn't, I don't know how to download it again.

OK, so how would I download it again? Assuming I can get rid of it from My Games.

You would double-click on the uninstalled entry.

Wow! It worked. Thanks man! It said something about it downloading that when the game was setting up, but like the game itself originally, it just didn't work. The little green progress bar just stalled right near the end. But downloading it manually did the trick. You did in ten seconds what Valve still hasn't done it two weeks.
