With a new VP of Brands and Guest Technology at Hilton who happens to be active on FT, it seems like a good time to start a wishlist for improvements to the web site! Three that come to mind for me: 1) Fix the problems that cause us to have to log in over and over again. 2) Allow us to store our AAA number (and any corporate account numbers we may qualify for) in our profile. 3) When searching for a date range, show the average price per...

- Make cHHHat work. Right now it just keeps taking you round and round it does not work.

Welcome Josh, looking forward to seeing some of these changes too : 1) Hotel search by distance, vs current method of by brand first and then distance. 2) Hotel search by low rate, and also by room type, vs current method of by brand. +1 on all of the good ideas above. My big ones: 1. Multiple logins 2. Inability to search and sort by price 3. Slowness of reservations to show up

How about a text field in personal preferences, into which one can put comments like - No connecting door thanks - Quiet room thanks, nowhere near the ice dispenser or the central aircon unit As for the poor sorting of the lists of hotels, attractive features would be - sort by price - sort by distance - sort by/include only properties with free internet - sort by/include only properties with free shuttle (to airport, downtown etc)
