Offpeak and Anytime returns (valid 1 month) are available from Bournemouth
and Southampton to Tamworth...

The answer would appear to be yes. Suddenly on EC taking over the route, the cheapest first Advance fares are suddenly available again at a week or so in the future. Also, on the evidence of just one return journey there are about twice the number of bums on seats. So it seems to me that Nat Ex were unreasonably restricting the availabilty of the cheapest tickets. -- Howard
