Thread: Why was this game so shrouded in mystery?

Honestly. Looking back, it was like trying to figure out the mysteries of life. Maybe not quite that extreme, but you get what I mean. This game had so many mysterious, unsettling extras in the game that could have possibly been a huge revelation in the world of Banjo Kazooie. But if you think about it, tons of other games released videos of their games in beta test. But any videos or pictures...

Only THIS GAME? Pokemon Blue and Red, Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye, just to name a few, had a TON of easter eggs/secrets, something more common place in the relative infancy of video games than it is now.

...I didn't read a word of that. Trust me, I know what stop'n'swap is. This is what I get for leaving the board for so long. All I'm saying is that even development and things like that are shrouded in mystery. Rare has never come out and said "This is how it is." I know tons of game have had secrets and everything, but there were new developments years and years after the release of this game. ...

...I didn't read a word of that. Trust me, I know what stop'n'swap is. This is what I get for leaving the board for so long. All I'm saying is that even development and things like that are shrouded in mystery. Rare has never come out and said "This is how it is."
