Started 6 months, 1 week ago by SpeedPig

I agree with Bernard69. A job card should be delivered to the client with pride. It a statement that they have done the job and a justification of the price you are charged. What is the name of this workshop? Others could be made aware of this and the workshop could be given the opportunity to change their policy. -------------------- www.amgauto.co.za www.bb.amgauto.co.za

It's a Korean dealership. My vehicle is still under guarantee, less than 3 years old, bought brand new from them. Korean? Kia or Hyundai? I have investigated with both head offices. There is nothing preventing them from giving you a copy of the jobcard. I guess that they desperatley need to make money and are cutting corners where they can. Is the car running ok? If not, I know a few workshops that will deliver the very best to you. -------------------- www.amgauto.co.za www.bb.amgauto.co.za...
