Re: My Curry Tuna It's tuna salad for a sandwich, not a soup and I prefer the indian curries over the asian styles generally. Use any oil you like, the oil is really only there to congeal the ingrediants so it stays on your sandwich. The smell of canned tuna makes me sick, but I am curious about trying this.

Canned meats taste so bad because they're already cooked twice. ECC beat me to it but it's worth re-iteration.

Re: My Curry Tuna You can make your own healthy mayo, but it's a pain in the ass. I tried it once and got the right taste, but the consistency wasn't right. Since it's just oil and egg, it's pretty healthy. The store bought stuff all use garbage oils like canola and soy though. Even the "olive oil" stuff they sell has mostly canola in it. __________________

I just wanted to say, that dollhouse(s) last night was fucking epic. It's a very fast paced show now. Too bad it couldnt have been from the beginning. There was only one scene in two constant hours I didn't care for. Even though before, it was more like half the show I didn't care for.

You know what, try it and see if it's better or not. IMHO it tastes like BBQ tuna, which is a nice change to eating regular "raw" tuna 3 meals a day.
