Thread: Why does Turbo Lister charge during Free listing period?

Hi, I am using Turbo lister V 7.3.104.3 and I have spent a while setting up some auctions to start during the current free insertion period but Turbo Lister is telling me the fee will be 50p for an auction and 65p for one with Buy It Now. I thought that these were to be free during this period or is it only for listings created on the Ebay site? I am trying to list some toys so I don't think ...

Before uploading your listing from Turbo Lister, make sure that Gallery Plus isn't 'checked'. Gallery Plus is only free in: Clothes, Shoes & Accessories and Home & Garden categories. Unfortunately, it is automatically added to most other category listings with Turbo Lister , so you need to go to 'Listing Designer' and uncheck the Gallery Plus box, for categories that are NOT free. Hi Tara, Its set to Auction only and Gallery Plus is off. Yet I still get a 50p insertion fee. Thanks for your reply.

Hi, I was just about to ask about tl chargeing for listing. I tryed to list an item when to send to off to ebay and it said there would be a charge of 25p.... so if i send it off i will not be charged is that right???

Oh please help! I have done my listings and the 'gallery plus' wont go away! I unticked it in all listings but it comes back after! I don't know how to get rid of it, it won't save with it unticked even when I press 'save'

Now it says I have selected 'picture pack' but only have one photo...how do I clear this please? Grrrrrr

homestagingonline Picture Pack & Gallery plus are free in: Clothes, Shoes & Accessories and Home & Garden categories. You can ignore the message in TL and the listings will still upload. If these upgrades are showing in other categories, where the upgrades are NOT free bear in mind changing TL options won't change listings that have already been created. homestagingonline Picture Pack & Gallery plus are free in: Clothes, Shoes & Accessories and Home & Garden categories. You can ignore the message in TL and the listings will still upload. If these upgrades are showing in other categories, where the upgrades are NOT free bear in mind changing TL options won't change listings that have already been created.
