maybe because the person who own it made the other ones two.

they want to change to change things up, create new storylies...etc. remember, the womens and intercontinental titles have been on raw for a long time, and the us and divas titles have been on smackdown...i like how they changed things up for once... btw here is my personal rankings for importance of each title...(like which is better) 1) WWE 2) WHC 3) ECW 4) United States 5) Unified Tag Titles 6) Intercontinental 7) Womens championship 8)...

To even it out. It would be really stupid to have all the titles on RAW and none on Smackdown!

I thinks it's to even out Smackdown and Raw. Each brand has a world itle, a midcard title, and a women's title.

Because during the draft the superstars and divas who held those titles were drafted to raw or smackdown thus bring their titles with them
