I just signed up for this PhoneTag voicemail that transcribes your voicemails to email so you do not have to check them. https://apps.simulscribe.com/signup/r/268395 So I get everything set up and then call sprint to get my voicemail cancelled and set to transfer missed calls to the phonetag number. They said there is no package for that to add on and that it would be $0.20 per ...

You can add it, just play rep roulette until you get one that realizes you want to terminate your VM service and instead forward on no answer/busy to the simulscribe number.

Yeah the whole point is not to get penalized .20 every time I do not answer. I am willing to pay extra, but would be looking for a flat rate.

In P2K, they could easily change your VM number to forward to whatever number you wanted and calls weren't charged. Maybe this is different in Ensemble, but I definitely remember people reading about figuring out the right magic words to say to Sprint CS to get them to be able to use SimulScribe about a year ago.

Do you use text messaging? If so you may lose it if you cancel your VM service. They are tied together somehow I think.

In P2K, they could easily change your VM number to forward to whatever number you wanted and calls weren't charged. Maybe this is different in Ensemble, but I definitely remember people reading about figuring out the right magic words to say to Sprint CS to get them to be able to use SimulScribe about a year ago.

Do you have a business account? If you don't then don't even worry about adding this feature. You cannot be on a corporate liable, employee, or individual account and use this feature. You also cannot have this feature along with Sprint 2...
